·¬ĒŃÖ±²„ā€™s Department of Theatre and Dance in the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters presents ā€œOmnium Gatherumā€ from Friday, Sept. 30 through Sunday, Oct. 9. The play will take place in Studio One Theatre, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton campus. Tickets are $20. Ā

Finalist for the 2004 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, ā€œOmnium Gatherumā€ is a delicious gathering of people, opinions, food and frenzy all swirling over the global implications of 9/11. This dramatic tour-de-force, which the New York Times called ā€œa feisty feast of wicked witā€ and ā€œpiping hot satire that sings and stings,ā€ is a hilarious, disturbing, and challenging look at one of the most horrific days in American history. A New York dinner party goes awry when the guests of various backgrounds confront one another over the true causes of 9/11.

ā€œOmnium Gatherumā€ was written by Theresa Rebeck and Alexandra Gersten-Vassilaros. The production at ·¬ĒŃÖ±²„is directed by Bruce Linser.Ā  For more information or to purchase tickets, visit or call 1-800-564-9539. For more information about other productions at FAU, visit www.fau.edu/arts.
