Madison oversees the program development of short and long-term study abroad opportunities and provides oversight of the exchange partnerships. Madison is the Fulbright Program Advisor for the University and helps ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥Fulbright candidates through the application process. Through collaboration with students, staff, faculty, and the local and global community, Madison supports the university's internationalization initiatives and passionately engages students in opportunities to become culturally competent leaders.

Madison is a two-time alum of FAU! She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Communication and a Master’s degree in Multicultural Education.Ìý In 2015 she joined the Education Abroad team as Assistant Director and assumed the role of Director in 2019.

Prior to coming to ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥, Brendan worked at Kansas State University as an advisor, at International Studies Abroad with faculty-led programs, and at Georgia State University as an advisor.Ìý Brendan earned a BA in Sport Management, MA in International Affairs, and MS in Higher Education from the Florida State University.Ìý

While at Florida State, Brendan spent a total of 21 months as a student and employee at the FSU study centers in London, Florence, and Valencia.Ìý In London, he spent time a s a student (undergraduate and graduate) and then as a Graduate Counselor/Teaching Assistant.Ìý As a graduate counselor, Brendan worked with faculty and staff to plan and implement cultural activities and excursions and as a TA, he dove right into the program academics.Ìý While working as a Resident Assistant at the FSU Florence Study Center, Brendan served in an administrative and advisory role, really getting to know what students want and need abroad.Ìý Brendan visited many countries in Europe as a part of his studies and also as a backpacker; even making his way to Israel.Ìý Brendan looks forward to drawing from his personal experiences to assist ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥students on study abroad opportunities!

Steph attended FSU for undergrad and is currently attending ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥for a master’s degree in Educational Psychology. While she was at FSU, she studied abroad at their London Study Center for a spring semester. During her study abroad time, she enjoyed travelling to other countries and exploring the city of London as a local. Outside of study abroad, she has travelled to many different countries throughout Europe and Africa. Stephanie believes studying abroad and living in a different country is a great way to gain independence and learn about cultures other than your own.
